Order Returns
If an order is returned to us from the postal service, we can reship your order. However, a shipping fee will be applied to reship the order.
If you decide to cancel the order after it has it is returned to us for a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted original cost of your order

How to Care for HD Lace Wigs?
✓ Co-wash your hair on a weekly or biweekly basis and shampoo when there is an excessive amount of dirt
✓ Always use a sulphate-free shampoo and avoid applying conditioner on the root of the lace
✓ Using a leave-in conditioner and other smoothing hair products is highly recommended
✓ It is always best to let the hair air dry
✓ Use a wig comb and a wide-tooth comb to brush curly hair
✓ Always detangle the hair from the bottom to the top in order to minimize shedding
✓ It is recommended that you either cover your hair with a satin cloth or use a satin pillowcase while you sleep to prevent breakage
✓ Use heat protectant before you apply heat to the hair
